Esso in Halton Hills (375 Guelph St)

Disappointed. I asked before purchase if I could pay for gas using US funds. Manager said yes. I filled up with gas and then paid US cash. Manager insisted on taking US funds at CDN par which was approx $.030 less per dollar than US funds. Unfortunately I had not been smart enough to confirm exchange rate beforehand. I learned my lesson and I will not return to this station because I think they took advantage of my mistake. By the way the manager put the US cash in his pocket and not in the cash register.

They don't participate in Esso promotions. Currently Esso offers three cents per liter discount over 100 L when I went to pay they said they didn't do that
