Shell in Novato (7300 Redwood Blvd)

Nice staff, clean and spacious station with good facilities, and an on-site service station. Tends to have the lowest gas prices for top-tier gas stations and local Shell stations in general.

Could not communicate

the prices on the sign are not the same as at the pump (cash and credit are switched)

Don't go here. All gas pumps are down and they "don't offer this service" if you're looking to buy something and get cash back. Useless.

Don't expect to get assistance when you "push the button to talk to attendant" because it doesn't work. This was frustrating to say the least.

At any given time, the manager will be inside with the door locked
