All of the employees here were so sweet ! From greeting to leaving they were all so pleasant and friendly. Store was clean and nice too. Wendy’s attached also had amazing customer service.

One expects a Pilot station, particularly one that has truck lot and fueling, to accommodate RVs. This was the worst situation trying to get in and out of there. What appears to be a fairly new traffic circle doesn't seem to be helping. RVers may want to go a little further.
difficult to get to this store because of the construction and not sure if they all are but pumps 4 was ultra slow, like .01 gallons per second.
