Chevron in Delhi (1015 Broadway St)

The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting! I told the man behind the counter that the bathroom was a hot mess and that the toilet was overflowing and he just shrugged his shoulders and told me that “you’d be a hot mess too if you had 1,500 people in there today!” I told him that he should at least lock the door! So gross! The women’s bathroom wasn’t great, but at least it wasn’t overflowing with pee and toilet paper all over the ground!

Really clean. Had a Subway restaurant inside and lots of snacks and refreshments

Pump latch was removed, had to hold and guess on complete fill up. Also one bathroom was shut down and one for remaining one, both male and female.
