CITGO in Heth (25 AR-149 N)

It is no longer a Shell, it's Citgo

Kind of hard to pull into, it's almost like the pumps should all be turned 90 degrees and have cars pull in differently... lot has room for improvement

station does not exist.

Pump was very slow about 1 gal per minute, then it did not auto shut off and spill some.

ALL DIESEL PUMPS ARE DEVASTATINGLY SLOW, AND THIS IS A CITGO NOT A SHELL!!!!

We stopped at this gas station, because we have a Shell Rewards card, and the sign at the pump said that Fuel Rewards card was accepted. My husband had to go inside and pay because the card reader was not working. When he gave the cashier his fuel rewards card to swipe the cashier stated that they do not accept the fuel rewards card there. He did not want to get in an argument, so it let is slide, but the card reader (where you swipe your card) had an option for fuel rewards and Kroger fuel points. We will be calling to get a refund worth our fuel rewards points. This station is not worth stopping at, and the cashier that is on duty either needs to be trained better or fired for lying! Customer Service at its worst on nonexistent!
