Texaco has the best gasoline in Cullman, bar none; however, the customer service was horrible! After waiting for the cashier to make her way to the register, I then had to wait for her to check her texts. When she finally looked at me, that was my cue to inform her of what I needed to purchase. She still has not said a word to me at this point. (I wouldn't have even been inside if the card reader on the pump had worked because there's no light during the day, except for what may reflect and pass through the windows. She finished up after making things even more awkward by staring at me without blinking while the payment processed. I don't know if she spoke English, but I am fairly certain she could have if she'd wanted. When the place goes out of business because there's hardly anyone there most of the time, she'll start speaking when she needs to find another job.
