Roady's in Farina (1003 W Washington)

Customer service was horrible! Have to go inside to use shell rewards. It doesn’t work at the pump, cancels your transaction. Staff was rude and uneducated on their own computer system.

The staff is always friendly when I go in, and some have offered some pretty great conversation.

Must pre-pay with credit card? Can’t pay at pumps.
