Express Fuel in Philadelphia (6300 Frankford Ave)

Badly maintained station. Needs some TLC

Cramped gas station. Breeding ground for crime after hours.

False advertising. 3.99 when I got there when it said 3.56

They need to update computer screens at the pumps. can't hardly see what it says.
