Chevron in Gualala (39215 S CA-1)

The staff is generally unpleasant and unhelpful to all customers. Restroom access is sometimes denied to paying customers, and otherwise a $1 charge is posted as applicable for access. And when the staff said the "Men's" room was out of service, they would not let men access the "Woman's" room although both are single-user and I believe are considered unisex in this state. We later saw other people allowed to use the men's room, so guess it was working. We had purchased $60 of fuel and were discriminated against. What do they think is going to happen by denying access to restrooms. Back behind the place might get quite nasty.

it's gualala, so never great gas prices. have had a bubbly batch of diesel here. besides that great gas station and great beer selection 👍
