Parking lot entrance has deep pot holes when pulling in off the road

Only regular unleaded and half the pumps were down at that, if I had not been running on fumes I would have not gotten gas. As is, I question the quality of what I am putting in the tank

And gas station and everything is closed and shut down

Place is closing but no indicators anywhere unless you go inside and ask. Been sold to new buyer but you wouldn't know it without stopping and going inside
