Convenient

Dirty around the pumps. No windshield wash and cleaners for windows broken. Never any paper in pumps to get a receipt.

It’s a marathon station but you can’t enter the rewards number at the pump.

The cashers are helpful and friendly...love stopping here to get my tea...

Convenient, close to home

In the last 10 visits, only one was the visit up to 100% standards. One trip the restroom didn't have soap, six times, between 1030 and 130, they didn't have any hot lunch (I don't consider hot dogs to be edible), and the last time I visited, the cashier had the incredible arrogance to blame me for my inability to arrive when they had hot food !!! In addition, she wouldn't take the pizzas that were already done and serve them !!! In my humble opinion, as an experienced mystery shopper, the only way to fix this is to replace the entire staff. This is a management problem.
