very dirty, bad part of town

gas pumps exceptionally slow. if your want 10$, it takes like 30m

there are just waaay too many people hanging out and doing other things out in front of the station

very rude! sign says $2.43 with chevron card. pump did not lower price. I went inside to ask why no discount. operator pointed outside and said "look at the sign." I showed him my chevron card. he shook his head and pointed outside. also was panhandled as soon as I opened my car door. very bad area.
