Shell in Winchester (1901 Cowan Hwy)

Offers a great location. While it’s not filthy, seems that trash could be checked sooner. Though there’s enough space, it can get difficult to maneuver through with a few cars there.

No windshield fluid. Bone dry with cobwebs. All trash cans overflowing.
