Marathon in Santee (8932 Old Number Six Hwy)

Beware that the posted prices are for cash only. They charge 6 cents more per gallon for credit, only after they lure you in with a price that seems competitive with the many other Santee stations nearby. Stay away if paying with credit!

Very misleading. The regular price is t displayed on the board (actually says 0.00). Prices displayed are for cash not credit

They have a sign on the front door that says “keep your pants up around your waist… or don’t come in.” Floors are disgustingly sticky. Overall nasty place. Oh, and their mid-grade gas is priced $1 higher and premium is $1.50 higher than regular. It’s a pass from us.

Cash vs. credit pricing like many stations. Pretty run down looking pumps. We were staying at the campground close by so it was convenient.
