BP in Brownsville (868 Main St)

this is a super nice gas station. When it was owned by the cole family I would only stop at this gas station. Now that it has new ownership, they raised the prices of everything and I mean everything from gas to candy. I used to use the car wash to up until the new owners got greedy and raised the car wash prices. I can get the most expensive car wash in fond du lac at any of the newer places for the same or less money than the cheapest wash at the Brownsville bp car wash. The Brownsville and lomira hi-way hop BP's have just gone down and got worse since. To come to a small community and turn a nice business into a greedy slime ball business is just wrong. Take your business elsewhere like a big city.

Sadly since my last review nothing has changed. Gas prices are consistently higher than other local stations and car wash issues still haven’t been resolved. Automatic wash price is ridiculous and is broken down more than it’s running. Also does a very poor job cleaning your vehicle compared to how it was in the past. Seems like they shortened the cycle times are are using less soap. Not at all surprising. Last two times I used the manual bay there is no soap. Basically just wash with straight water. Very frustrating because there are only two options for car washes in this area and this same owner runs both here and in Lomira. Never had these issues when Cole’s owned both stations. They took pride in the business and the customer came first.

Car wash is great and will fit lifted trucks. Also get a free coffee with a fill up in the morning. Great place.
