Idiots out of gas and telling no one!!!!!

The pump did not stop pumping when my tank was full! The gas was spilling out of my tank all over the ground. When I realized the gas was not stopping, I manually stopped the gas pump. An employee came over to block the pump with trash cans due to all the gas on the ground. I told him the pump didn’t stop. He told me these pumps don’t automatically stop and you have to stop the gas yourself. I was so shocked!
