Mobil in Monticello (4019 NY-42)

This station is alright for its location close to the highway. It is probably the only station that close making it convenient for people headed to work. That is the only reason people probably stop here because of that. The coffee is pretty good and it’s big inside so the merch selections are more varying than other stations. However, the price of gas here is ridiculously expensive. There are other stations in town offering like 25-30 cents cheaper per gallon on their gas. The only reason they charge so much is due to that location based close to the highway. Obviously, nothing we can do about that and they are cutting peoples throats. However, if you desperately need the gas and can’t travel a bit further into town so be it. I would rather say go to the other Mobil or even gulf on broadway for those prices are wayyyy cheaper if you don’t mind headed there.
