This gas station does not support club CITGO!! They need to join Club CITGO!!! The app says it does but when I call club CITGO they said this owner did not sign up to join, horrible

Card machines at pumps don't all work. The guy inside says he needs an amount in order to use the inside card machine. Can't just ask to fill up.
