they are frequently out of coffee supplies in the morning and the counters and floors are always dirty
Cashier made a mistake on my prepayment for the gas pump and couldn't refund my cash for some reason. So I was forced to have my spouse drive all the way there, so we could use all the money I paid for gas. Don't understand why if I pay cash I can't get my cash back when it wasn't my mistake. Spouse is now pissed off cause that was their lunch money for the week. Thanks for a pissy New Year, Caseys employee.
