Casey's in Columbia (1011 El Chaparral Ave)

Low quality all around. Employees don't care, can't help, pumps never have paper for receipt, half pumps usually out of service period. Enough said. Stay away.

How hard is it to keep receipt paper in the gas pump? Beautiful days lately but too hard to walk100 feet?

Fuel card doesn’t work no matter what

When I am at the pump pay with my credit card I enter my ZIP code and before I can choose to enter my Casey's rewards account number it tells me it's ready to pump gas. So, I start the process all over. The receipt never prins at the pump I always have to go inside. This time I went in and no one was at the register, there was a person in the back making pizza, I called out and asked if she was the only one there, but she couldn't hear me, so went to the pizza counter and called out again asking if she could help, but again she couldn't hear me. I noticed a man standing out by the pumps talking to another person, so I stepped outside and asked if he was able to help. Just as he walked in another employee came walking up from the aisle. Not sure where she was hiding. Anyway she printed out my receipt. Not happy!

I’m sick and tired of these Casey stations offering big discounts and then blocking the gas buddy card. They do it repeatedly. I really wish they’d kick them out of the system.
