Always pretty clean. Always receipt printer paper. Top Tier® certified gas. Contactless payment at the pumps without zipcode verification. They have non-ethanol gas although it's at a separate pump but there is pay at the pump. Easy to get in and out of there without having to wait at a light. The gas prices are good considering those things.
