How is the service good here (no one is here to serve)? How is the price good if you can't pay unless you have a PETRO PASS card. Yes for commercial customers it's great but this location is ONLY for commercial use. No basic customers can pay or even ask an attendant how to get a PETRO PASS card if one desired to get one.
