We pulled up to the pump, swiped our card...nothing. They blocked off the next pump over as out of order but not ours. By the time we realized our pump was also ooo we had 2 cars behind us who could not back out. I went to lift up the cone blocking our way forward and marking the pump as ooo when I got YELLED at by the attendant. I tried to explain what I was doing, but she was having no part of it. Took cone out of my hands and put it back down and told me to return to my car. And proceeded to stand there while we sat in front of a broken pump, blocked in for 5 minutes Wish I had her name!
