Marathon in Bayfield (487 E Colorado Dr)

we've got a 45' RV so access is important to us, and this station has it. plus it's clean.

Don't know why this station has such bad reviews. First it's the cheapest station in town as long as you use the free rewards program. Second they have actual food here. Third it's the only TOP TIER station in town. So why would you go anywhere else@

With only 3 gas stations in town, this is one the locals need to AVOID! I dropped in real quick to grab a couple lottery tixs and was the ONLY person in the store, so easy peasy, right? One of the 3 ladies behind the register who helped me had to stop her inventory count (or whatever she was doing) to assist me and she greeted me with an impatient, aggravated tone since I had the audacity to interrupt her important work by walking into her store offering to pay her money. What was I thinking?! In her haste while taking my order she inadvertently printed the wrong ticket because she didn't take the couple extra secs needed to confirm my order. She then proceeded to imply it was MY FAULT for not telling her "with both" when requesting the optional add on's, even though I clearly stated both add on's with my original request. But she was too busy blazing through the sale to be bothered to listen to me. She then had the balls to say "Well, I guess I'll need to buy that one myself. J

Gas station has one single task which is to PUMP GAS! Well, the pumps here hardly working, it pumps SO SLOW it FAILED TO SHUT OFF, AUTOMATICALLY! GAS LEAKED ALL OVER, before I caught the malfunction!

oil is below 70/bbl and they keep raising their prices to 75/bbl rates.

Great store!

I have filled up at this station almost exclusively for a couple of years. It has been a Shell station with Top Tier gas at a competitive price locally. I have also been able to redeem my City Market Fuel Rewards here. It has been the only Shell station in the county. I noticed yesterday that it has switched over to a Marathon station very recently. While Marathon brand is also a Top Tier fuel I no longer have any station locally to redeem my City Market Fuel Rewards. Oh well, guess I'll see how good Marathon rewards are.

Do not go here. The owner is a jerk.
