The customer service is normally really good overall but on one occasion there was an employee that must have been having a bad day. He was rude when we encountered a problem with the ATM and cash register systems. I only wanted to confirm that I hadn't been charged twice for the same items but he insisted on my payment before I could look online at my banking transactions to see if the ATM payment we just finished was processed since the receipt did not print. The attendant was extremely inappropriate and should not have spoken to a client the way he did to me!
