Shell in Gatineau (620 Blvd Maloney O)

pump number five appear to be malfunctioning as it was extremely slowly pumping and stopping when I fully pulled the trigger. it did not stop when my tank was full and my car is new. I have never gotten this maybe in 20 years. the staff member in the store was extremely rude with me and treating me like a criminal for sticking around the area asking people only one person if it was happening to her but it looks like they might have repaired it after my incident so I opened up a report ticket with the company but it was very difficult to find who the complaint to. I avoid this place at all costs because it appears to be a franchise operation and they do not maintain equipment here it appears
