Nice clean station with pumps that work and actually read your bank card. Sometimes I save 10 cents per gallon with fuel points if I happen to spend $100 on groceries there.
Kroger staff is very often very pleasant, courteous and helpful. Some store individuals could use a tad more training with product familiarity. Perhaps asking another staff member for help locating a product instead of telling a customer “if it’s not here, then we don’t have it”. The gas station staff is very helpful. In the past, if I had issues with the pump, debit card reader, or just a general question, they do their best to deliver the skills necessary. It appears that training in customer service is a priority at Kroger.
Always higher on gas need to allow more room for cars waiting in line. Definitely not my favorite place
