Shell in Caddo Mills (2852 IH-30 W)

The gas pumps are without paper almost more than than they actually work, forcing you to go inside to get a receipt. This takes extra time because everybody is going to the cash register and they only have one person, sometimes two, on duty.

Half the time no paper for receipts at the pump. Have to walk inside. Need to power wash the outside...always so dirty.

friendly sevice always, lots of knick knacks. has beer and wine. pumps are slow though.

It took Me 25 minutes to pump 14 gallons of gas

New owner has NO idea that they are in the "Customer Service Business"; and could care less about his Target Market! Luckily, he has 1 good employee, other than that, I would rather dig holes in the surrounding areas with my tongue to hit oil and refine it myself than to give him 1 cent in his till!!

The ladies that work there r awesome humans….. and the kicker to this is they will always greet u and smile…. I know that’s what customer service is but they go way beyond that…. Trust me once u see it u will always remember it and become a regular like myself
