Tonight, I paid for a carwash at this service station. However, I was told that the machine was not working. When I asked for a refund of the $15,00 I paid at the pump for the carwash, the clerk asked his superior, a woman who was outside smoking a cigarette, and she abruptly declined my request. She said, "No, I will not give you a refund." She said I could come back tomorrow. I stated that I would not be in this part of town on Monday and a return visit would not be convenient. She refused to refund my money. I asked her to sign my receipt stating that I was entitled to a carwash at a future date. She signed the receipt but refused to write any form of a message stipulating to the money or carwash I was owed. She could not have been more rude or dismissive. I am sure the owner or manager of the gas station would not appreciate the character of his employee's response to a once loyal patron. My objection extends beyond the $15.00 I was defrauded; it is about the disrespect
