Hon-Dah Mini-Mart in Pinetop-Lakeside (777 AZ-260)

For folks who aren't from the area, it's important to know the "bad customer service" has nothing to do with your ethnicity and everything to do with cultural differences, especially with the older Apaches. Apaches generally don't smile or talk much except to people they've known for some time. So, if you go in and they help you but aren't jovial or greet you like off-reservation places, rest assured it's cultural and nothing more. Customer service standards are a bit different on the Rez than off. Outright rudeness, though, is still bad customer service and I can honestly say I've never experienced any rude customer service here.

people were pulled in either way then after you got filled up you had to back out a bunch of people had to move people getting out and visit with the friends going in the store and you had to wait like probably a half hour or so don't avoid that place if you can

Good prices, all went fine at the pump.

I come for the inexpensive gas. it's always cheaper than Show Low, Lakeside-Pinetop. The Mini Mart itself is crap.
