Island Falls 1-Stop in Island Falls (1081 Crystal Rd)

My wife was traveling from Caribou to Bangor when the oil light came on. I called ahead and asked that they do an oil change. They hooked the car up to the computer wrote down a bunch of codes on a post it note, cleared the codes and sent her on her way. The car broke down 7 miles from our house. They were happy to charge me 50.01 for their lack of work. I called to complain to which they said “it costs money to hook it to a computer”. The whole reason for using them was to make sure my wife would be home safe and they failed to do that and they don’t take responsibility for it either. They.told me they were busy after the fact. Not when I first called in otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. Buyer Beware!!

Always has the BEST price for diesel on our route from NH to Limestone Me. Nice restaurant next door with a spacious dirt lot and it's a quick on and off of I-95.
