Shell in Athens (2290 Barnett Shoals Rd)

Not bad as gas stations go. It's very conveniently located but the less conveniently located Shell across the street is friendlier.

Poor excuse for a gas station! The pumps and the card readers rarely work. Had a difficult time pulling debit card out. The workers did not care and actually admitted that the pumps are hit or miss when it comes to working. No signs were placed on non-working pumps. Go somewhere else. Avoid this Golden Pantry!

Do not go here. Save time and stress by just going to the shell across the street.

It's small and understaffed don't visit during the night they are closed more often than not

customer service need work on greeting of customers, answer questions that customers have about product in store

always stop by after work and get some coffee

It's a pain when busy because of the parking lot, but it's pretty much the only place I get gas if I can help it. I wish they had diesel though.
