Exxon in Houston (2780 N Sam Houston Pkwy W)

Visited the gas pumps two days in a row and the first day I tried 3 different pumps then went inside to ask, and they said oh the power is out for the pumps. No signs posted at the pump. Second day, some pumps were tied up with yellow caution tape but several showed to be working and I tried it again. The pump still did not work. Instead of blocking off the pumps with cones, they let hundreds of cars pull through there and become disgruntled customers. A little preventative customer care goes a long way.

As of 2:20 central time on 9/4/17 there is no gas at this gas station, except maybe diesel. Overall though when this place has gas, their prices are the best and the place is overall good.
