Deceptive sign pricing in my opinion. I received a Gas Buddy email this morning saying the price was lowered by 11 cents per gallon from $3.46 to $3.35 a gallon. When I pulled into the station today at 4.47 PM, the large numbers at the top of the sign showed $3.35. Then when I started pumping using my FR discount, the price was $3.42. After fueling, I went into the store and asked them about the price and they said that you had to be at the premium level of the FR discount card to get the $3.35 price. I wonder if the Florida Attorneys General office would agree with me that this appears to the average traveler to be deceptive advertising?

Gas buddy gets ripped off with paying with gas buddy as the price goes up $.10 on ever gal pumped .So the saving you saved is put back on the pump.
