Shell in Seminole (13699 Park Blvd)

They refuse to put paper in the pumps. 8 out of 10 times I go there I have to go inside for my receipt. I think it's a ploy to get me inside so I'll buy something. I never do if I'm forced to go.

Need to have receipt at the pump

New gas pumps were very, very slow. Attendant inside gave me short responses when I told here the pump was not working correctly and was of little help. I'll never use this station again, if I can help it.

Pumped diesel into 5 gallon can pump #6 charged for 7.231 gallons. Was spitting and sputtering pumping air then fuel $19.52 for 5 gallons is $3.904 per gallon. Pump needs to be checked and or calibrated. Hard to get 7 gallons in a 5 gallon can.

Pump computers are ALWAYS SLOW and OFTEN DON’T WORK AT ALL. I quit using this Shell out of frustration that the pump computers are REALLY SLOW, often times the pump won’t accept my rewards details and frequently the pumps are out of receipts. So every couple months or so I break down and go there like today and the pumps don’t work! How are they staying in business? I used to move around until I got a pump that would work but now I just leave when the first pump doesn’t work and wonder why I gave them another chance. I left with an empty tank today.

Pumps are very temperamental and many times do not work at all. Going at lunch time is especially difficult with trucks and trailers left unattended and blocking the pumps. Driveways around the pumps are also difficult to maneuver.
