Shell in Spring (25029 IH-45)

Stopped at 2:51 am to fuel up and the pump did not work correctly. The display showed it was rebooting AFTER I’d swiped my card and it never cleared from the previous sale, nor did it dispense fuel. It did charge my debit card $125. My minivan gas tank only holds 15 gallons, so even if the pump was working, I could not pump $125 worth of fuel at $3.09 unless I was dumping it on the ground.

Strong cleaning chemical smell.
