ANSWER THE PHONE ALREADY! Really, are you so busy to ignore customers? The pumps are all closed, we would like to know if/when they are going to be reopened...

This is the closest gas station near me within walking distance. Unfortunately, half of the staff is rude, and there have been several occasions where they close their doors early before the scheduled closing time. One particular time, I really needed to buy a jug of water as I have no running water and my dog needed it desperately. There was a younger worker inside that closed and locked the doors 30 minutes early. He saw my knocking on the door but continued to walk towards the back and ignore me. Also, the bigger stall in the women's restroom doesn't latch at all. Other than that, I really enjoy the morning shift, lady. I don't know her name but she's always so friendly! So thank you for your kindness!
