Always the last to bring it's gas prices down? Why?

this station charges 2 cents above the already 6 cents higher than Winnipeg prices that all other stations charge. portage isalways higher when winnioeg goes dow but same price when winnipeg goes up

coffee needs to be fresher. sits to long before dumping.
