They have a new policy to so called stop drive off gas stealing using "fake" credit card #s?! You are supposed to prepay inside only but Gas Buddy Card doesn't work inside any ND stores - I've tried. You can get the outdoor pump reader to work after Multiple tries. Only Lisbon ND Casey's does this. Husband says Oakes & Valley City does not!
