Cleghorn Carroll owns the store and runs the Parkville gambling biz and the muscle to enforce it. Don't bet on this place.
Their gasoline is 90% gas and 10% liquid. Most of it escapes immediately into the atmosphere and it took $600 to fill up.
When paying for my gas, they gave me monopoly money in change. I had to crowbar my way in and beat my change out of the attendant.
