I have never been treated so rudely when I forgot my cards pin. Someone, I assume to have been the owner, talked loudly enough to make it sound like I had stolen my own card! Extremely embarrassing. I won't come here unless I HAVE to. Which hopefully is never. Too bad too because they have some nice people working for them.
