Good potential here, and not a bad start at all, personnel-wise: friendly, approachable, alert. Facility looks great, aesthetically. The police station is just across the street, so there's some automatic assistance lent towards any effort to control and maintain a squeaky clean image if that's what one were after.

Occupies a sturdy, high-traffic spot in town. Sadly, it's the gambling elements that bring this Shell down in terms of classiness, wholesomeness, universally inviting, unquestionably safe, etc. It lacks these things, but the potential is there, I would suppose. There are a few gems in the staff who might be a start to/for that.
