The front desk Indian guy is RUDE! CLEARLY has a problem with black people bringing good business to him. RUDE racist!

1) would not honor Ralph's Rewards points even though they claim to participate. 2) charged 30¢/gal MORE than their posted credit price. Posted price for 87 $3.29, price when I started pumping $3.59 THIS IS THE 3rd TIME WE HAVE HAD THIS TYPE OF ISSUE. NEVER AGAIN

Decent gas station, but they don't have a single working window washer. The buckets are bone dry. Would be nice if they would fill them with soapy water. It's not too much to ask for.

The prices on the gas station display sign don't match the pump prices.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I stopped for gas a couple of weeks ago and the screen malfunctioned after I inserted my card and entered my PIN. I checked my bank account and no charge went through. Pressed for time, I hit CANCEL and CLEAR on the screen twice and left. Later I discovered a $60 charge. Shell customer service recording said to file a claim with the bank, which I did only to have Shell refuse to give me back my money or the gas I am owed. Talked to manager Carolina twice and she confirmed this has happened many times before yet still I am out of my hard-earned $60. These people are scammers. Off to court I go to sue them.

They have issues with prices and accessories. Hopefully will be resolved.
