This gas stations price was on the sign for 1.55. When they charged me it was up to 1.61 on the sign. False advertising. How do i report?

Small parking lot. A lot of construction. Not real nice. Good store though.

This is a relatively small store. It is constantly packed. Customers are pretty rude with parking due to it being a small parking/fueling area.
