Went there to fill up my car and when I was filling it up I (like most people) was waiting for the pump to stop on it's own. The pump did NOT stop, and started pouring gas out of my cars tank, got all over my clothes/feet/car, and was charged an extra 3 dollars for the incident. Went inside to tell an employee about their broken pump and had to bang on the window to get him to hear me through his headphones. After I finally got his attention I told him the situation and politely asked if he could point me in the direction on the bathroom so I could try to wash off some of the gas from my clothes. He then had the audacity to say "it's for employees only" and would not let me use it. I then I asked if I could get any kind of refund for the 3 extra dollars I got charged at the broken pump, and he of course said no. Unprofessional, not friendly, broken pumps, bad lighting, and dirty. Not to mention you could drive 5 mins down the road and get gas for at least 10 cents cheaper usually. 1/10
