It's not even a shell here.... it's a Mexican gas station with everything in Spanish doesn't accept the gas card here
should be illegal to charge .10 difference between cash and credit. as owner of a business myself I know for a fact running a card credit does NOT cost you this much.

The Pumps are Not Working, are Out of Service and have been Vandalized! Cashier did not admit that but was nice about answering that they didn't work.
