Please advise owner of location to maybe have someone fix the freeway sign as the lights don’t work.everything else is fine

Will be changing into a cenex with brand new pumps,store and laundromat.i don’t know if it will be 24/7 unless just the pumps with credit card access.it should look better than it did when done.not sure if freeway sign will be updated since sign ordinances and they are located with exit numbers now .
