Gas Trac in Long Island City (5035 Northern Blvd)

Always low prices gas almost two years I buy gas here never has any problems

I have a diesel car. The attendant put in unleaded. Now, I don’t know if there was unleaded in their diesel barrels or if the attendant used unleaded my mistake. Either which way there is NO manager, NO permits listed, NO licenses listed. Nothing. This is the same at THREE different GasTrac locations. I have given my information to 3 different workers and no one has called me. It’s outrageous that a gas station can operate with hazardous materials and literally there isn’t any inspections happening. So I’ve made city complaints and just waiting to find out who I sue because I don’t even know who to sue. My car is damaged, currently in the shop.
