Staff is ALWAYS very kind and courteous. Know me by name and greet me using it. Prefer to use this station over all the rest in town due to the staff that works here and their personalities....:).
Staff is friendly, decent selection of snacks and drinks. The only complaint is on the building itself, nothing to do with the employees. It’s not even just this Shell either it’s all 3 owned by the same company they are ALL in need of some drastic TLC. I was born and raised here and all the Shells are still exactly the same from my childhood. They need to all be updated and remodeled!

Workers are friendly. I like the new M-perks where I can save additional $ on gas + the 10 cents/gallon I get with my Meijer Credit Card. I would love to see an extended drink bar with more options like the one in Gaylord.
