Shell in Revelstoke (1840 Trans Canada Hwy )

It frustrates me that the price of fuel is so high in both Revelstoke and Golden. All other communities on either side are as much as 13 cents cheaper! The poor residents of these communities get ripped off as well as the travellers! Shell gives you 1 air mile whether you buy 25 lites or 100 .... why bother?

Talk about getting ripped off; if you can - get gas before or after you need it. Golden was way cheaper. Down the road is way cheaper. My biggest complaint with this station is they were the highest for mid or premium fuel. Sure, the purest out there may try to make a case that Shell premium is better than others but really? We traveled over 1500 kms around central BC and this place was the highest we had to pay for gas. Find before or after if possible.

Travelling thru with trailer, drove up to pump only to learn it wasn't working. Mentioned to staff that it would have been helpful to provide signage versus expecting customers to move to other pumps. Staff blamed Shell and repair policy - said pump had not been working for a while and then belittled concern. Attitude does make a difference... going elsewhere in the future...
